General

Our general terms and conditions count for all our shippings and services. Once an order is placed, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions.

Shipping

We ship to the following countries ONLY: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, *Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, *Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, *Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Urkaine, United Kingdom, United States.

Note that Switzerland is not part of the EU, additional customs taxes may come up on delivery, we don’t take any responsibility for those and will not refund them.

International shippings usually take up to 2 weeks to arrive, in rare cases it can be much longer. Delivery times are completely beyond our control.

To keep shipping prices as low as possible, our shipping system is set up for “economy” shipping class prices. Swiss post does not provide tracking codes for economy shippings. The customer can ask for priority upgrades with tracking codes immediately after completing an order, via mail at info[at]schammasch.com. Else delivery is beyond our control, without any tracking possibilities. We don’t take responsibility for failed deliveries in any way, unless we clearly made a mistake (like using an obviously wrong address eventhough provided correctly by customer).

*concerning shippings to these countries: to reduce the risk of failed deliveries within these countries, we only do “priority” shippings with tracking codes, which raise shipping costs drastically.

Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value.

Payment/prices

All our prices are listed in Euro (EUR). We only accept direct bank transfer (payable within 4 days), Paypal or credit card via Paypal. We don’t send confirmations about received bank transfers.

Complaints/returns

For complaints, defects or incomplete shippings the customer needs to inform us in written form within 10 days at max. We don’t accept returns.

Reservation of proprietary

The goods remain in possession of SAROS Collective until the complete payment is done. SAROS Collective reserves the right to decline orders without explanations.

Compensation for damages

There is no possibility of compensation for damages concerning wrong images, prices, texts, late or omitted shippings, or damaged parcels. Colours of the pictured articles in the web shop may slightly differ from the original ones. For damaged parcels, please file a complaint at your local post office.
