Our general terms and conditions count for all our shippings and services. Once an order is placed, the customer obligates himself to follow it.



We ship to the following countries ONLY: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, *Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, *Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, *Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Urkaine, United Kingdom, United States. It usually takes 2-4 days for an order to be shipped after we received the payment. Our shipping costs may seem rather high, this is due to the fact that we’re located in Switzerland, which is not part of the EU. So basically what you pay for shipping is what we pay also, packaging material not included. Feel free to compare prices on the Swiss Post website. Furthermore this means that international shippings can take up to 2 weeks (and in rare cases even longer) to arrive. To keep those costs as low as possible, we try to send every order by „midi letter“ size, a „low“price shipping service offered by Swiss Post for international parcels. The disadvantage of that service is that there aren’t any tracking codes. We don’t take any responsibility for shippings which get lost on the way to the customer, wrong adresses etc. The customer takes the risk. But from years of dealing with webshops we can say that 99% of the time, everything goes right. Summarised that means: have some trust & show some patience. Furthermore please note that further import taxes might be raised by local customs, depending on country.
*concerning shippings to these countries: Due to shippings getting lost, we decided to only send priority/signature parcels which include a tracking code to these countries.  This heavily reduces that risk. Still though, keep in mind that we won’t refund you for orders getting lost on the way.


Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value.



All our prices are listed in Euro (EUR). We only accept direct bank transfer (payable within 4 days), Paypal or credit card via Paypal. If those three are no option for you, feel free to write us an e-mail to info(at) and we’ll see what other options we can find. This is also the mail adress for all payments and/or questions. We don’t send confirmations about received bank transfers.



For complaints, defetcs or incomplete shippings the customer needs to inform us in written form within 10 days at max. There is no return option. If you got a special/good reason for a return, get in touch with us, and we’ll think about it. IF we decide to accept it, the customer has to pay for return shipping. In this case the return shipping has to be done in 5 days after our acceptance.


Reservation of proprietary

The goods remain in possession of SAROS Collective until the complete payment is done. SAROS Collective reserves the right to decline orders without explanations.


Compensation for damages

There is no possibility of compensation for damages concerning wrong images, prices, texts, late or omitted shippings. Colours of the pictured articles in the web shop may slightly differ from the original ones.
